Great location near the airport, lovely decor throughout, excellent service, and customer satisfaction is a top priority. Staff goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. The breakfast staff and restaurant manager are friendly and welcoming. Large well-maintained pool and indoor pool for winter, with fresh beach towels provided. The massage and beauty center looks tempting. Good pool and child's play area for keeping kids entertained.

During my recent stay at Jaal Riad Resort, I was delighted by the beautiful and clean room I was given. The warm welcome from the receptionist made me feel instantly at home. I couldn't help but appreciate the attention to detail with candles and fresh flowers adorning the ornate reception area. The pool was the highlight of my stay, offering a refreshing escape from the October heat. My 4-year-old son thoroughly enjoyed the child's play area and table tennis, keeping him entertained for hours. The staff's friendly and helpful nature, especially towards my son, made the experience even better.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great as it was near many amazing places like Jamaa el-Fnaa and local restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful pool area and a reasonably priced spa offering great packages. The staff were fantastic, always eager to help and provide excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection and the rooms were beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and fine bathrooms.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional, fulfilling all of our needs. the Spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing and comfortable environment, with services that were truly indulgent. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace afforded picturesque views of the garden area, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind with a drink.

the Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and sun terrace were exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the restaurant offered delicious local cuisine, and the in-room breakfast was a delightful treat. the private facilities were cleaned daily, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The only minor issue I encountered was the limited entertainment options. While the venue had a bar and poolside snack bar, there was no night club or leisure/TV room.
